Fifth Street will close to vehicular traffic between Patterson Boulevard and Wayne Avenue on weekends
to create a pedestrian mall in the Oregon District with increased service areas for bars, restaurants, and retailers, and increased space for the public to enjoy.

The Oregon District is a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) - which allows patrons to purchase an alcoholic beverage served in a branded cup and enjoy that beverage outdoors, within the boundaries of the DORA.
